Your social media content consists of photo and videos, which you can share with us or we can produce by doing photo and video shoots on demand.
How do you create content?
We plan design and deliver content one (1) month ahead.
Does your social media management services include advertising?
Our social media management plans include boosting your posts from the app (not from Business Manager). Ads will be paid directly by you using your credit card. We offer a separate service to run advanced lead generation campaigns.
How do I communicate with you for support?
You will have a designated account manager to help you when you are in need. Whenever you have a question or concern, simply message us on the WhatsApp group. We will answer you within a few minutes.

Choose a plan and subscribe. After you sign up, your account manager will get in touch the next day to get you started immediately.
What method of payment can I use?
We do not accept cash, cheques, money transfers, as methods of payment. Payment is done online via debit or credit cards.
Is there any long-term contract?
There are no contracts or commitments. Our plans are very flexible. You can cancel at any time hassle-free.
When will I be billed?
As long as you maintain an active subscription, you will be billed on a recurring basis every 30 days.
Do remaining designs and video edits roll over the next month?
All designs and video edits must be fulfilled with one (1) month from the billing cycle, and do not roll over to the following month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription by simply letting us know in writing 48 hours before your next month's renewal date, and we can take care of that for you.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Our services are on a monthly basis and we provide the opportunity to cancel your subscription at any time.
