    Patient opportunities are leads — people who live within your serviceable area/city, saw the ad, clicked on it, and requested to book an appointment OR requested more information OR any combination of these via Phone Call, SMS, WhatsApp or Messenger.
    Appointment bookings, cancellations and no shows are beyond the Agency’s control and shall still count towards the patient opportunities.

  • What if the campaign doesn't generate quality leads?

    You will get quality leads if you follow the Agency’s recommendations, based on tried and tested principles.

  • I’m ready to get started, what’s next?

    Choose a plan and subscribe. After you sign up, your account manager will get in touch the next day to get you started immediately.

  • How do I pay for the ad spend?

    For full transparency, we will add your debit or credit card to be billed directly by the social media platforms.

  • What method of payment can I use for your services?

    We do not accept cash, cheques, money transfers, as methods of payment. Payment is done online via debit or credit cards.

  • When will I be billed?

    As long as you maintain an active subscription, you will be billed on a recurring basis every 30 days.

  • Is there any long-term contract?

    There are no contracts or commitments. Our plans are very flexible. You can cancel at any time hassle-free.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You may cancel your subscription by simply letting us know in writing 48 hours before your next month's renewal date, and we can take care of that for you.

  • Can I get a refund?

    We do not offer refunds. Our services are on a monthly basis and we provide the opportunity to cancel your subscription at any time.
